This primer was developed to complement blinc’s mascara range with two objectives in mind: to act as a lash treatment and an enhancer.
It is ideal for both a client whose lashes are tiny and require a larger base to work with or those who are simply looking for incredible volume and length by amplifying the effect of mascara and providing the ‘blackest of black’ finish.
Enriched with vitamin E, Black Lash Primer delivers long lasting moisture to condition lashes (and eyebrows), increasing heir resistance to breakage, without build-up or residue.
Black Lash Primer is formulated without carbon black, so has no fumes or fragrances to irritate the eyes. It can be applied in one or more coats (leaving 30 seconds between each and before applying) mascara until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved.
When taking off blinc Black Lash Primer, it will be in tiny tubes. They are removed the same way as blinc mascara – with warm water and slight pressure. The tubes will slide off lashes, no harsh eye make-up remover required. blinc Black Lash Primer will be available from September.
