We are delighted to announce that our final issue of the year, the November edition of SPA+CLINIC, has just landed.
This issue, wellness was our focus of choice – and for such a hectic time of the year, now is a better time than any to explore being well, at home and at work! We hear from some experts on how to stay both physically and mentally well throughout the silly season, with a psychologist’s tips on remaining grounded and reducing stress, and a nutritionist’s advice on being kind to our gut, plus some of our industry’s leading ladies share with us how they avoid burnout. The wellness theme even extends into this year’s gift guide, with options for your friends, team, or yourself!
This edition also welcomes in some exciting new features – like our interior design spread (this issue featuring Little Company, Byron Bay) plus our new Tried & Tested section, where we reveal the details of new treatments, products and devices that we ourselves have tested first-hand.
As big believers in sustainability, we want to help spread the word of brands and business owners within the beauty and aesthetics industry working towards saving our planet – that’s why in this issue, we’ve included a big sustainability feature, including tactics you can implement yourself. This edition can also read up on the latest that body sculpting has to offer, as contouring treatments continue to muscle in on their share of the market.
And of course, you can find the usual (pretty fab if we do say so ourselves!) mix of expert commentary, advice and stories on business, marketing, strategising for the new year, finance, events and conferences to catch next year, Icons of Industry and more. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed putting it together!
