Sunday was a stampede of beauty enthusiasts and next generation industry students that were devouring the wealth of information on offer.
Like all changes, they need a little getting used to but the new day, Monday, was the perfect opportunity for spa and salon owners to bring the whole team to the show allowing for team decisions.
It was a palpable environment that engaged spa and salon staff who collectively discussed all the product and equipment options on show. As a result, a bonding experience and a renewed enthusiasm for their place of work.
Personally, the Monday allowed me quality time with the exhibitors and the chance to conduct serious business with positive outcomes.
All in all Salon Melbourne was a polished event that our industry should be proud of. Well Done!
