Meet Rosie Burton, of Shambala Day Spa in Mosman, Sydney, who wins a case of mixed wine.
We look forward to taking your feedback on board by building content that interests and inspires you most.
Rosie, a former IT professional, took nine years out of the grind to raise her children. This was when her interest in aesthetics was piqued and she hasn’t looked back since pouring her energy into her Mosman-based sanctuary.
“I’m not a beauty therapist (I employ a team) but I love interacting with people,” she says.
“This is one field that can’t be transformed into a digital platform. Humans will always need touch!
“Next year, I believe there’s great opportunities for businesses in this space. Inner health for outer beauty is a trend for good reason – wellness is so important in looking and feeling great.
Shambala Day Spa has a broad range of services: from a “made for men” menu, to medi – facials and an extensive offering of massage therapy plus traditional beauty treatments.
