Bee Czarnota

The BEETOX Method Professional Therapist Training is a comprehensive course that blends scientific theory and hands-on practice, with an in-depth understanding of holistic health. Developed by Bee Czarnota, the founder and expert in the field of lymphatic massage, this training encompasses a unique approach rooted in extensive research, clinical experience, and expertise from Bee herself.

“It is truly humbling to launch The BEETOX Method’s Lymphatic Professional Training Academy, a journey that began over 20 years ago when I was first introduced to the incredible power of the lymphatic system. I look forward to showing them how harnessing the power of wellness can revolutionise beauty practices and ultimately create raving fans in a space that is undoubtedly the future of beauty as we know it.”

Bee Czarnota, Founder of The BEETOX Method.

The BEETOX Method’s training program focuses on the theoretical understanding of the lymphatic system, as well as practical learning of muscle sculpting and lifting, and providing practitioners with a holistic approach that incorporates a distinctive blend of lymphatic drainage methods proven to deliver results.

Students complete the varying classes with a certification that allows practitioners to market themselves as certified BEETOX Method practitioners.

Other practitioners in the industry, including aesthetic nurses, highlight the significance of understanding the lymphatic system and its importance in treatments such as cosmetic enhancements also.

Cosmetic procedures using neuromodulators can potentially disrupt normal lymphatic drainage, and a build up of fluid can potentially occur. This is because neuromodulator medicine relaxes muscles and their ability to contract. As a medical professional, it’s important that I educate my patients before they consent to any treatment.  I often get my patients to visualise the the Orbicularis Oculi as a sphincter muscle like a purse string. I explain that this muscle has lymphatic drainage function. If we completely relax this muscle there may be a buildup of fluid and therefore some swelling under their eyes. For someone who already has swelling intermittently I suspect they are at a much high risk of this occurring. Understanding lymphatic drainage of the face is such an important skill for cosmetic practitioners.

Bee, tell us about the lymphatic system, and why is it so crucial to consider when treating in the aesthetic industry?

When clients honour and support their lymphatic system, we see remarkable transformations in both their overall health and the success of other beauty treatments.

We know that the lymphatic system plays a vital role in detoxification, immune function, and fluid balance—all of which directly impact skin health and its ability to recover from treatments like injectables, laser therapies, and advanced facials.

What our clients have found works best is when they incorporate our treatments (before and after) more invasive procedures as it first creates a foundation that enhances the effectiveness and longevity of the treatments and also accelerates healing and can lower risk of infection

Bee: “For instance, after injectables such as dermal fillers, clients often experience swelling and puffiness. Lymphatic drainage helps reduce this, speeding up recovery and maintaining a more sculpted, refined look. Similarly, following laser and light-based treatments, our lymphatic work aids in reducing inflammation, promoting quicker recovery, and clearing out cellular waste for better skin regeneration.”

At The BEETOX Method™️ we’ve found that prioritising the lymphatic system results in healthier, more resilient skin that responds better to advanced beauty treatments. This synergy between internal wellness and external beauty creates more visible, long-lasting results.

The combination of inner wellness and external beauty treatments can be transformative, offering a holistic approach that beauty professionals and clients are increasingly embracing.
