Momentum is a 12-week immersive journey combining group coaching, self-paced modules, and exclusive resources tailored to the unique challenges of the aesthetics industry. Participants

Kirsty, what inspired the name “Apoyo,” and how is it pronounced?
“Apoyo” is pronounced “ah-POH-yoh” and means “support” in Spanish. The name reflects our core mission to provide continuous support for business owners as they navigate growth, overcome challenges and maximise impact. I wanted a name that encapsulates our commitment to empowering our clients while fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
What makes you unique as a business mentor?
I’ve walked the path many of my clients are on. From managing skin clinics and working in business development roles, to serving as a marketing manager for leading skincare distributors, I’ve seen the industry from every angle.
My approach is holistic and incorporates mindset and wellness principles, as well as a focus on building strong brands, optimising operations, and fostering leadership skills to create thriving businesses that align with their owners’ personal and professional goals.
What inspired the creation of Momentum?
Over the years, I’ve seen how challenging it can be for clinic owners and entrepreneurs to scale sustainably while maintaining balance, especially while trying to do it all themselves. Momentum was born out of my desire to provide a comprehensive roadmap that not only addresses their pain points but empowers them to move forward with confidence and clarity.
What excites you most about the future of Apoyo?
I’m thrilled to be working with some amazing business owners inside Momentum and cannot wait to see and share some of the results and case studies that come out of that. The plan is to create a community of like-minded, ambitious entrepreneurs as I know all too well how lonely it can be in business, particularly as an owner-operator. Beyond that, the launch of additional courses will allow us to reach a broader audience and continue supporting the growth and success of this incredible industry.
