DEKA Announces TORO Launch

The multi-wavelength powerhouse providing advanced solutions for all phototypes.

DEKA has launched TORO, the latest laser system that redefines versatility and precision in aesthetic and dermatological treatments. Featuring both nanosecond and picosecond pulses with three wavelengths—785nm, 1064nm and 532nm, TORO delivers advanced solutions across a wide spectrum of clinical indications.

This multi-wavelength powerhouse is designed for the precise and effective treatment of deep and superficial pigmented lesions, melasma, tattoo removal, acne and post-acne scars, skin toning and brightening, rejuvenation, and DEKA Peel for pore refinement and texture enhancement. With its flexible wavelength and emission modalities, TORO offers highly customisable treatments that achieve fast, reliable, and clinically proven outcomes.

The 785nm Advantage

A standout feature is the new 785nm wavelength, ideal for epidermal and dermal lesions in phototypes III–V. With reduced risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), it provides a safer and more effective option for darker and Asian skin types. Compared to traditional 532nm and 1064nm wavelengths, 785nm is better absorbed by melanin and less by haemoglobin, making it the wavelength of choice for challenging pigment conditions.

Engineered for Performance

TORO is equipped with a wide range of ergonomic hand-pieces and spot sizes—each with its own focal lens to ensure optimised energy delivery and maximum treatment efficacy.

  • Round Zoom: Adjustable spot sizes for enhanced versatility in pigmented lesion treatments.
  • Pico 785nm: Targeted treatment of epidermal and dermal lesions, minimising PIH risk.
  • Square: Uniform energy distribution, ideal for comprehensive tattoo removal.
  • Fractional Round: Versatile for deep acne scars and full-face rejuvenation.
  • DEKA Peel: Carbon peel for refined texture and pore reduction.
