So Gaia set out to formulate an organic skincare range of its own – Retreatment – inspired by Mother Earth (the translation of the sanscrit word Gaia).
Created by combining local plant oils with powerful native Australian essences these products are gentle but effective.
True native actives, such as Kakadu Plum, Finger Lime, Davidson Plum, Flame Tree, White Cypress, Crown of Gold and Australian Sandalwood have potent and powerful abilities to boost the skin with exceptional amounts of antioxidants, natural sun protection and skin preserving components which have been scientifically researched and proven.
Locally sourced organic macadamia and avocado oil make up a large component and along with jojoba, shea butter and rosehip are deeply nourishing ingredients.
The products smell earthy and have a subtle rose and sandalwood aroma, combined with refreshing citrus scents, which evoke a stroll through Gaia’s property.
A combination of rosemary extract, vitamin E and grapefruit seed extract are used to preserve products.
With commitment to a sustainable environmental footprint, Gaia haschosen recyclable and biodegradable packaging solutions for Retreatment.
