New No-Needle Dermal Filler

If your clients are needle-shy or simply don’t want – or can’t afford – injectable dermal fillers to reduce lines and wrinkles or add youthful volume to cheeks and lips, introduce them to Fillerina.

New to Australia, Fillerina is a unique dermo-cosmetic hyaluronic acid (HA) treatment with a fast- penetrating external application.

In 2007, Swiss company Labo started conducting research to “fill” the gap, if you’ll pardon the pun, between injections of HA made by aesthetic doctors and cosmetic creams and serums containing HA.

In 2012, Labo launched Fillerina, a dermo-cosmetic 14-day at-home treatment, a huge hit in the UK, Europe, South America and the Middle East.

It contains six types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights and structures – thus a diversified action in the various cutaneous layers to facilitate the filling in and plumping up of tissues.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance renowned for its effectiveness in binding large quantities of water molecules in the skin.

The fundamental action is carried out by Fillerina Gel, applied using the supplied precision applicator (with a truncated metal cannula) on areas with wrinkles and expression lines, and on specific areas that require greater volume, such as cheekbones and lips.

The active component Matrifull acts over time on the skin matrix, promoting the reconstruction of the natural filling substances such as collagen I and III and fibronectin, for a visible plumping effect.

Fillerina’s formulation is customised to answer to the needs of consumers according to the condition of their facial skin – there are three Fillerina grades with different concentrations of the six HA molecules complex.
After using Fillerina Gel – which takes 10 minutes – the application can be completed by massaging in the Nourishing Film to ensure that facial skin benefits from the hydrating and revitalising ingredients.

Ideal as a day cream or a night cream, Nourishing Film leaves the skin bright and smooth.

To enhance the hydrating and plumping action of the products, Labo experts recommend drinking at least two glasses of water before applying Fillerina Gel.

In-vitro, ex-vivo and in-vivo tests on Fillerina ( published in the December 2014 Journal of Dermatology) give remarkable results, positive in 95 percent of volunteers who used it.

There are international and Swiss Patents on the Fillerina complex formula as well as on the Precision Applicator.
