What decision process was involved in deciding to bring advanced skin modalities to regional Victoria?
The motivation behind introducing advanced skin modalities to regional Victoria was rooted in my commitment to providing my clients with the latest and most effective skincare treatments. Upon relocating from Melbourne to Shepparton, I recognised there was a significant lack of access to advanced skin care in the Shepparton area. Therefore, I believed it was imperative to bring these innovations closer to home for our regional clientele. I wanted to bridge the gap and ensure that residents of regional Victoria could experience the same level of skincare excellence that is typically associated with metropolitan areas.
My goal is to empower individuals in regional Victoria with access to state-of-the-art treatments that cater to their unique skincare needs. By offering these advanced services, I aspire to elevate the overall standard of skincare in our region and contribute to a greater sense of confidence and well-being among my clients.

One of the most remarkable acknowledgments of our success has been the recognition we’ve received on a global scale. The restoration of a 1920s home into a luxurious skin and laser clinic has been a resounding success. Our efforts to create an inviting and luxury environment have been met with enthusiastic approval from our clients. The ambiance now mirrors the quality of our services and the standard to which I wanted Lush to uphold, offering a serene and inviting space where clients can truly unwind and escape from the every day.

One of the key challenges I’ve faced has been finding qualified staff members who possess the expertise and experience to operate and administer advanced skincare technologies. Recruiting professionals skilled in these specialized treatments was a meticulous process that required substantial effort and investment in training. Ensuring our team members are adept at using these technologies safely and effectively has been essential to maintaining our high standards.
- COVID-19 implications
Much like everyone in our industry, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought about unforeseen challenges that disrupted our operations. Temporary closures, reduced capacities, and stringent safety protocols posed obstacles that we had to navigate. Our commitment to client and staff safety was paramount, and we adapted swiftly to comply with regulations while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Despite these challenges, we remained steadfast in our dedication to providing top-tier skincare services.
In your experience, what is patient demand like regionally?
