Petersham RSL’s Day Spa will feature an ultra modern, classy design, as shown in these renders by Red Design Group. Earthy tones and a mix of different natural textures will be sure to entice the over 13,000 club members, and residents of the 350 units that are part of the new residential precinct.
The day spa’s facilities are approximately 129m2 consisting of:
• Reception area
• Retail sales section
• Shower facilities
• 5 treatment rooms
Another unique aspect of this business opportunity is the possibility to open from 10am to 3am to align with the RSL’s opening hours, serving clients until late at night. The successful operator will:
• Have a proven track record in providing a high quality and value for money service
• Work with Club Management to ideate and promote the business
• Have a high standard of customer service
• Provide sample day spa menu options and pricing
• Develop a formal marketing plan that will resonate with key demographics within the catchment area
• Ensure that operations run efficiently, legal obligations, hygiene and WH&S requirements are met
