Luxury Spanish skin care company Germaine de Capuccini celebrated its 50th birthday recently with a cruise through the Mediterranean and a number of new product announcements.

Representatives from more than 40 countries joined the cruise, including GDC’s Australian Director Tess Walls and two winners of Salon of the Year, Maria Mazis from Skintelligence in South Australia and Julie Price from Diamond Clinic, also from South Australia.

The Grand Celebration cruise visited Spain, France and Italy, with stops in Valencia, Toulon, Florence and Rome.

Tess Walls said it was a fantastic opportunity to visit the birthplace of the luxury skin company and connect with other spa and salon owners from across the world.

‘As well as relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun, we were fortunate enough to meet a number of Germaine de Capuccini clients and learn about all the amazing products they,’ she says.

‘Germaine de Capuccini also announced several new products which will arrive in Australian in the New Year.’

One of the new products is The Cream GNG, which works to revert the ageing of skin cells through multi-genic action.

The 50 years of beauty celebrations marked an important milestone for Germaine de Capuccini Australia, which recently opened a new headquarters in Brisbane.

The new HQ offers a state of the art training room, spa services and warehouse facilities.
