The 23-year-old star of The Celebrity Apprentice is well versed in wellness topics, such as the benefits of quitting sugar.
But it’s heartening to hear that she has a sweet tooth too and here she shares her recipe for staving off sweet cravings.
TEGAN’S NOW NOT-SO-SECRET RECIPE
Ingredients
- Almond spread (found it health food stores, supermarkets and whole food shops).
2. Stevia (a natural alternative to sugar found in health and whole food shops).
3. Coconut oil (health food shops and most supermarkets).
4. Cacao nibs (nab these chocolatey morsels at health or whole food stores).
Method
- Mix ingredients together. Quantities can be adjusted according to taste.
2. Spoon mixture into ice cube trays and place in freezer overnight.
Eat at room temperature when a sugar craving starts, or whenever you fancy a guilt-free treat (or two)!
