It’s take two for The Wellness Tourism Summit who are gearing up for their first in-person event in October.
If you ever needed a sign that the aesthetics and wellness industry is back to full force, let our bursting event calendars be it. The Wellness Tourism Summit is the latest addition having just announced their return to sunny Noosa, Queensland from 14-15 October, 2021. And yes, our bags are already packed.
The Wellness Tourism Summit was set to go ahead with an enviable line-up of speakers on the golden shores of Noosa when the world stopped. Thanks to COVID-19, their debut event was called off and later took to the virtual space to deliver their program online.
This year, it’s back and promises to be bigger than it ever planned to be thanks to a changing consumer focus on wellness experiences and a boom in health-focused holidays.
The Wellness Tourism Summit program promises insight you can’t get anywhere else
The program has been designed to deep dive into consumer insights and trends and reimagine wellness travel with a panel of international and local wellness leaders. Topics include Top 10 Consumer Wellness Trends for your business, The Rise of Australia’s Mineral and Hot Springs Sector, and the Evolution of the Spa Experience, featuring Karen Golden from Hepburn Springs and Spa, and facilitated by Neil Owen from Spa Vision.
And, you can expect to see SPA+CLINIC’s Editor, Nadine Dilong, on stage moderating a panel on The Evolution of The Spa Experience during the Reimagining Wellness Travel session.
Katherine Droga, Founder of the Wellness Tourism Summit and Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Tourism Initiative said “We are so excited to be relaunching the Wellness Tourism Summit at such an exciting time for the industry.
“COVID’s silver lining for our industry has been people prioritising their own health and wellbeing more than ever. The latest research from the Global Wellness Institute’s, Wellness Tourism Initiative reveals that 45% of people intend to take more Wellness holidays than ever before.”
Virtual tickets are now available for $195 with in-person tickets starting from $495. For the full details including the detailed program head to www.wellnesstourismsummit.com.au.
